Our Purpose...We are a Virginia based referral service that provide individuals with business resource lists in the Richmond area. We provide individuals with free business information and resources, free lists of business opportunities and ideas, and we provide support for future entreprenuers.*  If you are thinking about becoming your own boss and need to find necessary resources and services to start a business, we can help!

*We do not support any businesses that are illegal, derogatory, offensive, or harmful.  No negative behavior will be tolerated.  The use of our resources are for legal supportive purposes only!  Individuals will be held responsible for their own use or misuse of the information and resources provided.  If you know of anyone abusing our resources please report this information to jleadsemail@aol.com and we will take the necessary actions to correct and further prevent the problem.

List of Programs:  J-Leads Advertising Program where entreprenuers and companies can place their ad in our free classifieds.  J-Leads Entreprenuer Funding Program accepting donations towards start-up capital for future entreprenuers.  J-Leads Membership Program which contains a group of J-Leads supporters and solicitors.  As a member, an individual is able to take advantage of excellent membership benefits.

What's new?  Justice Leads is presently promoting an Entreprenuer Membership Program. In this program, qualified members are able to make an extra income by referring individuals to our business and they are able to take advantage of excellent benefits.
